SHHS 1965 Reunion Payment Due Now

Please read the entire email.

Committee has met and completed the plans for our Last planned reunion. See below for the idea to be discussed going forward to meet together.

We based our budget on the number of "Yes" replies.

Doors open at 3pm. Please be there at this time to complete activities before our meal is served at 5pm and we need to close at 9pm.

We will hold the check you send in and deposit on August 26th. Checks stored in an offsite safe deposit box. Should we have to cancel due to COVID, we will shred the checks. If you need to cancel before August 24th, let us know and we will shred your check and respond to you.

We've done all we can to accommodate the need to cancel if necessary and not commit funds until August 26. Please understand we have a short time frame to complete all the tasks we have to do in the remaining two weeks. So, this is why we need you to send in your payment NOW.

With this plans you have only been out one stamp if we have to cancel or you have something come up that you can't attend.

Please let us know your check is in the mail so we can be looking for it. You will get an email to confirm your check and status will be updated as Paid.

Committee had the idea of meeting for lunch or dinner in Madisonville on a quarterly basis. Be thinking if that is something you would be interested in.
